Order Procedure

1. -1.Please select products and click “Send mail” button.
    -2.Fill out the order form as following information and send Email to us.
        Name, Address, Phone number, Email Address, ITEM, Color, Quantity,
        Comment.
    -3.Please follow instructions to complete reservation of your order.
        (Your order is not complete at this stage.)

2. You will receive e-mail from Solola confirming reservation of your order.

3. We will check the shipping rate and inform you of the total invoice amount
(including shipping cost) by Email.

4. Please reply to us by Email to confirm the total invoice amount.

5. You will receive invoice and payment instruction via PayPal system by Email.

6. Please follow instruction from PayPal to complete payment. (Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if we cannot confirm your payment within 7 days.)

7. We will arrange shipment and inform you of the shipment details including tracking number.

8. Delivery is completed.
