We send our products to addresses outside of Japan by EMS( Express Mail Service).

In some countries, EMS’s delivery coverage is limited to certain areas. Check the List of Countries and Areas.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond EMS delivery estimates.
Shipping Status
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This will include the 13-digit number for tracking. You can monitor the shipping status to check Confirmation of EMS mail with the tracking number.
Order Cancellation
We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders that have been shipped or have been fully processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact by e-mail
Returns & Refunds Policy
OPlease contact us through the inquiry form within 7 days of goods’ arrival. We cannot accept returns of items that have been in your possession for more than 8 days. Please check the condition of the goods when you receive it.

We cannot accept any return of goods for reasons not attributable to us.
In case goods are returned, they must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund goods that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.

If your purchased items are defective or different from your order by our mistake, 
the items can be returned within 7 days from the date of your receipt.
